Yasmin Kerkez is a Life Coach and Co-Founder of
Family Support Resources. Her work stems from the calling of her heart to raise awareness about family relationship struggles, conflict, and separation, and to offer support and help to those experiencing this reality themselves.
Yasmin has personal experience with the pain, struggles and separation that occur in family. She knows intimately all the challenges and emotional trauma that can exist. Determined to not just survive, but thrive, she's spent the last decade learning how to apply relationship research and studies in emotional healing to situations of family conflict in all forms.
In addition to her research and personal journey, Yasmin has been a Motivational Life Coach for a global woman's and children's fashion brand, and holds a double degree from the University of Adelaide. She has a Bachelor Degree in Science, majoring in Human Physiology and Microbiology, and a Bachelor Degree in Arts, majoring in Philosophy and Politics.
Because the body is the vehicle for life, the emotional drain of family conflict can effect the body in profound ways. Yasmin's education helps her understand this relationship between physical and mental health.
Yasmin has created an active and compassionate online support network, resources and tools needed to help people overcome trauma, understand and navigate family conflict, and ultimately transcend isolation and despair so they can start enjoying life again.
